Praise for the Harborside Inn

A great find and a charming little hotel in Boston. Location is perfect, all the things you'll want to see and visit are within walking distance and the T stops right outside. I'd definitely stay here again. Great value for money!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions. The room was lovely and was kept clean and spotless throughout. We were impressed with Boston as a whole, friendly 'natives' and the smoke-free bars and restaurants were an added bonus.

It's within walking distance of everything and the T stop (or subway) is right outside the hotel. You just need to take the T from the airport and get off at the aquarium stop, and you'll be right outside the hotel.

My husband and I went to Boston for our one-year wedding anniversary and stayed at the Harborside Inn. We could not have been happier. The location was perfect. Only a block from Quincy Market. It was also very close to the waterfront, little Italy, and the Boston Common and the Public Garden.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your facility. It has that true "Boston feel" to it… with interior brick walls, etc. It was conveniently located to many points of interest and most everything I wanted to see, and if not, then you could always take the T (subway). The hotel was very clean and nicely maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staying at the Harborside Inn truly made my stay very comfortable and convenient. I do plan to come back to Boston for another visit, at some point in time, and would definitely want to stay at your facility again.

I recently stayed two different nights at your hotel while visiting Boston. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was great.

The reason I am writing is to thank the hotel for two items of hospitality extended to me over and above normal expectations. The second time I stayed with you (September 29th), I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 a.m., way before check-in time, because I had just gotten off a week long train trip and was quite motion sick. I asked if there was any way I could have my room early and the front desk complied. Believe me, I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't had a spare room for me!

When I checked out the next day, I stored my luggage with you and went shopping. I came back and repacked a few small items right before leaving for the airport. I left a boxed bottle of perfume on the couch in the lobby but did not discover it until I returned home 2 days later. I figured there was no way that you still had it but was surprised to discover when I called that you did!

I own a Bed and Breakfast Inn in Washington State. The trip was my first vacation in several years. Thank you for making it so much easier for me! I hope to return to Boston again, and I will definitely stay at your hotel.
